Thesis, Goals, and Target Audience

Thesis:
Very often, science attempts to explain and control life by shutting out Life Himself, Jesus Christ. It touches on proverbs and other truths that are actually in line with the Truth of the Word of God, but not by faith. Rather, it is by a systematic, self-absorbed process to attempt to live a life that is as long and self-fulfilling as possible. The Bible calls this "having a form of godliness, but denying its power." (2 Timothy 3:5)

I normally address my problems and issues through my faith. But since this counseling has been mandated by the State, and I don't have money to pay for a Christian counselor, I will express my opinions and understandings through this blog, by God's grace and will. This is for my own sanity as well as to lovingly share a faith-based spiritual perspective with others concerned about anti-Christian influence.

This is not to say that the State is simply evil and twisted, and trying to impose mind control. I understand and appreciate the numerous people who make up the governmental (not "govern mental") system, and their humble, loving acts to try to help others find happiness and self-control. I love each person I work with. There is a lot of truth and righteousness in many things they say, whether they know it or not. But it's also important to remember that world cannot bring us peace in any way, shape, or form. God brings us peace through Christ our Lord, paying the price for our sins in his death, and giving us eternal life, peace, and contentment.

Goals:
1. To journal about my narcissism, as diagnosed by the State of Illinois, while I work through the therapies and exercises, in accordance with my Christian faith.
2. To respond to these science-based ideas with my spirituality and faith in Jesus Christ.

Target Audience:
1. Myself, so that I can journal about my therapy
2. Others who are concerned about anti-Christian influence and the phenomenon of self-help .
